Fixed'n'Sticky is a module for Joomla that allows to make other modules appear locked (fixed) within browser window whenever it's module position is shown.
The module creates a new module position, which you specify in configuration and any target module(s) placed there will move with user scrolling.
CSS position:fixed is used whenever possible to achieve the effect.
